When should I arrive for the races?
It's best to arrive at least 30 minutes ahead of the scheduled green flag start.  There's lots of available seating but there is no reserved seating.  For larger events you may want to consider arriving a little earlier.  Before the show, drivers are often out on the track for practice giving your a preview of the night's competition.  You also have a chance to check out any displays, the J&C Souvenir booth and all the tasty treats at the concession stand.  The Flamburgers and Fries are fan favourites!

Where should I sit?
Anywhere you like! Flamboro Speedway has four sections of tall grandstands, wrapping from corner four all the way down the front straightaway and into corner one.  There is also a private VIP chalet available for special events and entertaining located on top of the corner one hill with a breath taking view of the entire facility.  Contact speedway management for more details on your night in the VIP chalet.

Is there camping available?
There is no camping available on-site at Flamboro Speedway, but there are local camp grounds available just minutes from the speedway.

What is the speedway's policy on outside food and drink?  Can I bring my cooler?
 

For the comfort and safety of our guests, Flamboro Speedway has the following policies:

1. No Outside Alcohol is permitted anywhere on the Speedway Property including the parking area and Pits.
2. Only beverages in their original sealed containers (no glass) not exceeding 1 liter in size will be allowed to be brought into the speedway.
3. All open containers will be confiscated by track security. Please leave them in your car.
4. Thermos containers of any kind will no longer be allowed into the speedway.
5. Only personal size coolers will be permitted.
6. For the safety of all guests, all purses, bags, back packs and coolers are subject to search by Flamboro Security Staff.

What about pets?
Sorry, absolutely no pets are allowed inside the race track. 
The only exception to this rule is for service animals.

Is there anything else I should bring?
Some things that might make your stay more enjoyable - binoculars, sunglasses, baseball hat, a blanket or cushion.  On sunny afternoons be sure to bring some sunscreen.  Ear plugs are recommended for small children and those with sensitive hearing.

What is there to eat at the track?
Flamboro Speedway offers a full concession with many different food and beverage choices, including hot dogs and hamburgers, Flamboro Speedway's famous French fries, Oktoberfest sausage, chips, popcorn and more.  Flamboro Speedway proudly serves Coca-Cola beverages.

What if it rains?

In the event of a sudden shower, the program will be temporarily suspended. However, every effort will be made to complete the full racing program after the rain stops. Of course, this means that there will be some time allowed to see if the rain does indeed come to an end, so it’s a good idea not to leave right away. If, in the opinion of Flamboro officials, the inclement weather proves too strong to regain safe racing conditions within a reasonable amount of time, the remaining races will be postponed or cancelled as follows:

a) Eight races or less is considered a rain out. In this case, your ticket stub will be redeemable for another race event held at Flamboro Speedway as announced by Speedway management.

b) If any Feature race is completed (50% of advertised feature laps is considered a complete race) the race program will be considered complete with remaining feature events (if any) to be rescheduled as part of a future show.

Note: If you leave the track thinking the program might get rained out, your rain checks are of no value to you if the program ends up being completed after the delay. Because many fans, participants, sponsors and staff travel great distances to attend the events (and because there are a limited number of dates to accommodate the schedule), every effort will be made to complete the program as advertised.

Is Flamboro Speedway wheelchair accessible?
Yes, there are accessible parking spaces available at the front grandstand gate. Washrooms are also accessible on the grandstand side.  Raised seating is available in corner four or corner one.

Is there parking on site?
There is plenty of free parking available on the grounds at Flamboro Speedway.

Can I use my bank card or credit card to buy tickets at the track?
No - Flamboro Speedway does not currently offer debit or credit card service.

Is there a way to have an announcement read over the P.A.?
Yes. Announcements can be put in the announcement box outside the door of the race control tower at the top of the main grandstand.
